7 points for the long distance first place
4 points for the long distance second place
3 points for the long distance third place
ALL RELAY RACE WINNERS WILL RECEIVE 4 PTS EACH FOR THEIR EFFORT. Second place for relay races will receive 1 pt each. No points allowed for distances not scheduled. Those running the outside during cross country season will have their times adjusted to a mile pace.
